Movement Regulation Sessions
(Children ages 6-10)
Individualized, One-on-One Support
Every child is unique, and each session is thoughtfully tailored to their strengths, interests, and goals. Led by a credentialed Special Education teacher, Movement Regulation Sessions are designed to support children with ADHD, Autism, and trauma through engaging, relationship-based movement experiences.
School, Team Sport, & Life readiness
Sessions blend movement-based activities that support mind-body connection, nervous system and emotional regulation, focus and attention, balance and stability, confidence, and readiness for learning in school, team sports, and everyday life. Sessions can also complement existing Occupational Therapy goals by providing additional practice and opportunities for skill development between sessions.
Park, beach, or At-Home sessions
I travel to your preferred environment to help your child feel comfortable, supported, and ready to engage. Meeting in familiar spaces fosters trust, confidence, and meaningful participation from the very first session.
Adapted Movement & Fitness
(Ages 8+, Supporting Individuals Across the Lifespan)
Personalized Strength & Mobility goals
Every person moves differently. Sessions are customized to meet you where you are, honoring your unique goals, abilities, and learning style while creating a movement plan that feels achievable and supportive.
Comfortable, Confident Movement
Sessions focus on developing safe and effective movement patterns, improving mobility, building strength, and reducing compensations. Movement is adapted to support your individual needs while helping you feel more confident and capable in your body.
Sustainable Movement practices
Together, we build strength and movement habits that fit your lifestyle and the activities you enjoy. By focusing on meaningful, enjoyable movement, sessions encourage consistency and support a positive, lifelong relationship with fitness.
Hoop Dance Classes
(ages 8+, Youth through Older Adults)
Cultural Acknowledgment
Modern hoop dance draws inspiration from a variety of movement traditions, including Indigenous hoop dance, which holds deep cultural, ceremonial, and storytelling significance. These classes are offered with respect for those traditions while focusing on contemporary hoop dance as a creative movement, flow arts, and fitness practice.
Mind-Body Connection
Hoop dance helps children develop body awareness, balance, coordination, and confidence through playful movement. Using both on-body and off-body techniques, students learn to connect with their bodies while exploring movement in a fun and supportive environment.
Creativity & Cognitive Growth
Learning new hoop skills encourages problem-solving, creativity, and flexible thinking. As students combine tricks into flowing sequences, they strengthen focus, sequencing, and self-expression while discovering their own unique movement style.
Bring Hoop Dance to Your Next Event
Looking for a unique and engaging activity? Hoop Dance classes are available for birthday parties, community events, homeschool groups, schools, and workshops. Each experience is thoughtfully adapted to the age, abilities, and goals of your group, creating a fun, inclusive, and memorable movement experience.
